All linens are provided. This is a NO smoker/smoking and rental. Hi-Speed WiFi internet for remote working! 1 well-behaved dog allowed - for a non-refundable pet fee.

Disappointing! Expected a nicer place based on reviews, but I suppose reviews are subjective and I just don’t agree with them. The place was super dated, like early 80’s thrift store decor and fixtures, tired and worn. You had to close the front door to get into the kitchen, the ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work, a towel holder fell off the wall while we were there. The love seat was super hard and uncomfortable, so you couldn’t relax while watching the little tv. I’ll stop there. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience, but it was a good location and the bed was comfortable. I think I could have gotten a nice hotel downtown for the same price.

We have stayed here before and it was just great. Lovely small cottage and more than enough for us. Comfy bed and the cottage was very clean. .My husband loved his bike ride in the morning courtesy of the bike in the garage. Great location for walking to the waterfront and only about 15 mins to Atlantic Beach.

Nice little cottage/apartment. It’s an old house that I believe has been converted into apartment cottages. Spend time at Radio Island beach. Loved it. Had lunch at Clawson’s, very good food and service and dinner at Front Streets Stillwater’s seafood on the water. At dinner outside it was very nice and great food. Great shopping as well.

Simply a great house to stay at while visiting Beaufort! A clean, cozy home that has everything a couple needs to be able to relax whether venturing into town or staying in. And the location can't be beat. Walking distance to town is great. Outdoor electric socket with enough space to charge a golf cart rental as well as park our car is a huge boon. Will absolutely stay again!
