The cottage, has a fenced in backyard and large off-street parking that can accommodate a boat. The home is on a quiet street and has an open floor plan that provides charm and modern amenities.

March 2025 Renovations: Both bathrooms were fully remodeled. All bedrooms had new carpet installed.

Just two block from the waterfront. No interior steps or stairs - a 1 level Bungalow that is easy to navigate.

Enjoy all the dining and shopping options that downtown Beaufort has to offer or get out and explore all that nature has to offer on the Crystal Coast. Comfortably sleeps six in three bedrooms. Up to 1 pet is allowed, but there is a daily pet fee if a pet is on the property.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. We spent a long weekend at the Broad Street Living -Cottage. We had a great time and enjoyed the time in Beaufort. We always travel with our Mini-Dachshund and she loved the backyard. We would highly recommend this cottage. Note: The only hiccup during our stay was Broad Street was being worked on and really dusty.

This home is everything you could want in a stay. The location is great, easy to the highway, easy to downtown and its a quiet neighborhood. The home is furnished perfectly, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need including spices and special utensils. The porch is superb and the back deck is just as nice. A wonderful place to stay!

This was a great home in a great location. We walked to everything in Beaufort. It was so easy and the weather was delightful. The house is very clean, very well stocked and has a very comfortable layout. We enjoyed the front porch with morning coffee, evening quiet time. We would return without hesitation.
