Situated on the shores of Moyie Lake, this high end home boasts 150' of private beachfront, a lush lawn of the same size and two full-sized docks, kayaks, canoe and paddle boards. This three-level 3,000 sq. ft. property includes six bedrooms, three full baths and comfortably sleeps fourteen guests. In addition to all the amenities of an executive home, you will enjoy two extra-large sundecks, impressive landscaping and a stunning south-facing lakefront view with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
