Waterfront home w/ beach access and Game room

Just steps from the beach with private stairs to the Hood Canal waters. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and play games. Start a bonfire in the fire pit out back for roasting marshmallows or play a game of basketball out front. Challenge each other to foosball in the game room or simply sit back, relax and watch the waves. This house has it all and no matter what your vacation plans are the whole family will love the adventure. We look forward to hosting you at Family Tides!

Welcome to Family Tides! This split level home is the perfect getaway for a weekend or a longer vacation. Just a half hour from town you will be just far enough away to escape it all but close enough to run to the store for more supplies.

Upstairs enjoy a sitting area with TV, fireplace, and large windows facing the Hood Canal. Move through the home into the dining area right next to the spacious kitchen and laundry room. With two doors out to the deck and covered BBQ area you`ll never be far from the breeze coming off the waters. On this level you will find bedrooms 1 and 2 as well as a shared full bathroom for the home and private full bathroom for main bedroom.

Downstairs you`ll find bedrooms 3 and 4 as well as a game room equipped with foosball, board games, and TV. This level also has a full bathroom and access to the backyard.

In the backyard there is a raised firepit with seating for your use, a swing set, and steps down to the beach or directly into the water depending on how high the tide is. With plenty of room to play games your group will love spending time on the grass just steps away from the water.

No pets - we do not deny service animals. Service animals must be kept on leash while outside at all times. Animals not allowed on furniture. All animal waste must be picked up or a $75 charge will be assessed for extra cleaning.
There is no barrier to the beach/water, children must be supervised at all times
Respect quiet hours of 10pm through 8am
Home is on septic, follow septic safety rules
