First floor junior master suite with kng bed and fist floor separate den with additional bed and slider to back deck and yard..Second floor king master and 2 additional large bedrooms, one with bunk and full sized bed, the other with full sized bed and full sized futon. Front and back decks to relax on and beautifully landscaped yard. And bonus huge garage turned den/rec room with ping pong, couches, TV and more. This property is new to the rental market with plenty of room for 2 families and multigenerational vacations. Exquisite landscaping, fully fenced and comfortable yard with dining and fire pit. Close the bridge, easy walk to the beach and easy on off the Island, This is a Friday to Friday rental.

Property was fine and location was great but there are a few things you should beware of! 1. You are booking THROUGH VRBO, not WITH VRBO. Payment must be made through a real estate office and they charge a heavy credit card fee. They also make you sign their own lease. This was highly unusual for me and I didn’t appreciate not knowing this before I booked. 2. The house is bare bones. No sheets, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. It’s all BYOB. The few bedding items that are there are filthy, we went and bought our own pillows. The home could have also been a lot cleaner. These are definitely professional photos and you’ll notice that right away.
