Hardwood floors throughout all the main living areas & bedrooms. .3 Flat screen TV's. Sliding glass doors conveniently located off main living/kitchen for outdoor dining & relaxing. All appliances are new including front loading washer & dryer on middle level. . A large private backyard , Weber gas grill and an outside shower. 10 Beach Badges provided and full use of the garage for storage of bikes & beach chairs. NO CARS IN GARAGE PLEASE..
