Large Unique large private recreation area reserved for owners, renters and guests includes volleyball , bocce ball and general play activities. High speed internet. Direct TV and HBO. 8 Beach Badges offered. No use of garage. Grill has permanent gas line. New and upgraded garage access for storage, second washer/dryer. Finished to provide very convenient access to first floor elevator and living areas. Rebate of $300 for multiple weeks rental.
