The owner will consider a pet for a fee of $300, so ask your agent to call, so you can bring the family dog.
Downstairs are all 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a family room with a large screen TV, upstairs has a huge living area with a screened in porch off it and the kitchen dining areas. Owner is leaving pillows and blankets/comforters for your use.
