This is an oceanfront single family rental with extraordinary full ocean views from the living room and dining room. It has 2 master suites. All new bedroom furniture and deck The 1st floor bedroom has sliding glass doors which opens to a wrap around deck on the ocean. Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths with central air. All bedrooms have hard wood floors; porcelain tiles floors in the kitchen, dining room and living room. Property is located in the center of the island with plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. Owner offers 3 beach chairs, 4 beach passes – availability subject to change. ONE SMALL NON SHEDDING PET MAY be considered, must have owners approval in advance and a pet security of $1000.. $500 fee when owner approves. Tenant must sign pet addendum with lease to be approved..



Rental agreement must be signed with deposit within 48 hours of booking or week goes back on the market. .Fireplace is for off season rentals only.. Owner provides blankets and pillows.
