Very nice Ocean Front 3 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bathroom Duplex at 50th Street in Brant Beach. Relax and take in the beautiful ocean views. Enough room to sleep 8 guests comfortably. Modern living room kitchen dining area. The half bath in the left bedroom with twins which can be pushed together to create a king. Three parking spots plus use of the garage. A quiet area. No smoking please. Please refer to property 41826 when inquiring. Tenants to provide beach passes. Tenant has choice of $300 security deposit with $70 damage insurance or $750 security deposit
