Beautiful single family in Surf City with Elevator
Beautiful brand new home on the bay side in Surf City. Close to the bay park and bay. Walk into this home on the entry level and go up a few stairs and you are in the spacious den, walk down the hall into the 3 bedrooms including a junior master and 2 others with queens. Upstairs there is the master suite along with an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining areas. Having trouble getting up and down the stairs - there is an elevator - please no unattended children. The back yard has ample seating and a fire pit, also there are 2 outside enclosed showers, instead of an iron there is a steamer for your convenience. Pillows and quils provided.

Lovely property. Very clean, well-maintained, nice appliances, and spacious. Loved being on the bay side of LBI this year. It's quieter and less congested than staying on the ocean side. Great communication with property management. Would love to rent this house again!
