Beach Block in Beach Haven - 3 bedrooms + 2 full baths - Unit 1 of duplex

This big, beautiful, ocean block duplex in provides a great place to enjoy Beach Haven at its best. Southend beaches are not jammed with people so 6am set up is not needed. House is 3rd from sand and there is no "through" traffic; the short walk from house to beach is very safe and easy. Rent includes 6 beach chairs and 4 bikes. Kitchen is stocked with plates, pans, glassware... Coffee pot brews pot or single cup. 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 full, and 2 twin bunks provide plenty of sleeping space. 2 FULL bathrooms are equipped with hand soap, hand towel and hair dryer. Enjoy lunch on the ground floor patio, relax on the covered deck or kick back with high speed the WIFI and central AC after a fun filled day on the beach. Lenny & Johns Deli and Boardwalk Ice-cream are both a stones throw. Pickle ball courts one street away. Restaurants and shopping less than a mile.

The house was fantastic. Walking in you first notice how clean everything is and it just gets better from there. Kristin was always available to respond to my questions. Great to be so close to the beach! We already made arrangements to be back again next year!!
