NEWLY RENOVATED- Sit on the front deck enjoying a glass of wine as you watch your children play in the street. Your face is warm from a little too much sun from the day at the beach and the kids are riding their bikes, enjoying the last bit of daylight. Earlier in the day you walked or rode a bike to the local fish market and produce stand and saw the boat that brought in the catch. You can smell dinner cooking on the grill. The first floor of this converted Cape (duplex) on west 27th Street is ready and waiting for your arrival. Those with mobility issues will have no trouble walking up the few steps to the front door. A fire pit, and private outside shower and grill are in the large backyard. Is flashlight tag on the agenda after dinner or maybe a moon lit walk to the beach? The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, oven, blender, full sets of dishes, utensils, crock pot, pots and pans and coffee pot, french press and keurig. Sit on the screened private back porch in the morning, listen to the ocean, hear the sea gulls squalk and smell the salt air while enjoying a warm cup of coffee in this 3 bedroom, one full bath home. All rooms are equiped with wall or window unit airconditioners and there's a washer/dryer in the hall. Four beach chairs, six beach badges, a kayak and surfboard are avaialble for your use. Pillows, blankets, cable, 3 smart tvs and high speed internet are provided. Sheets, and towels are availbe if you don't want to bring your own. Everyone is enjoying this trip. It's vacation for all.
