This 6 Bedroom Oceanblock home is large enough for 2 families! Steps to the beach in desirable Peahala Park. A private fenced backyard with custom deck, chairs and table, and a large outside shower. Use of beach chairs in the garage. There is a 2nd floor balcony off the fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, wet bar and full size refrigerator and a door leading out to the backyard. 2 Flat Panel TV s in the living areas. New gas grill. 6 Beach Badges included. 2 Bedrooms (1 on each floor) have two twin beds in each. The large downstairs bedroom has 2 double beds. Parking for 5 cars in front of house, Extra trash cans in the garage. Please reference Listing #116294 when inquiring about the property. This property accepts credit cards. Please note :dogs and pets are expressly forbidden and the tenant will forfeit their security deposit if a pet is present. Also forbidden are portable firepits. If used on the property you will forfeit your security. Tenant must pay for any pay per view charges they utilize during their stay.
