The two car garage has been turned into a TV/game room/den with couches, TV, Ping Pong and a second fridge. Great place to play and relax after a day at the beach or on those (few) cloudy days. Full decking on ground floor in fenced yard and a second floor deck facing the ocean complete the outdoor space.
