The house is close to several waterfront restaurants and a short walk to local Butler Beach and an adjacent marina to rent kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. The John C. Bartlett, Jr. County Park at Berkeley Island is five minutes away and features a family-oriented spray park, playground, walking paths, small picnic areas, bait stations, and more.
