The bedrooms offer a king, queen and twin beds for a tranquil night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, washing machine and dryer. With 2 bathrooms equipped with shower/tub and hair dryers, you'll feel right at home. Just a short “wake zone” boat ride to the Jourdan River and then the Bay. Park your boat along the dock for the duration of your stay. You can kayak in front of the house and explore Breath Bayou and the surrounding area. Enjoy fishing, water skiing, tubing, wake boarding or just hanging out on the nearby beaches. A great place to call homebase while you're away, We hope you enjoy your stay. Also, there is an extra large parking space for Boat, RV and Camper. Equipped with an outside elevator as well.

We had a wonderful visit! It was the perfect oasis for our brief work trip with four adults. We felt like we had enough space and we were able to unwind and have a good time together while here. Our only complaint was we had a heavy storm and the roads flooded really bad so we were a little stuck, but it cleared up quickly and we had no trouble leaving the next morning! Couldn’t recommend this home enough.
