This was a great little getaway place the main area was really nice and big the bathroom was small about like a small camper trailer but adequate could use a better showerhead but it worked out Great place to stay

Solo weekend getaway!

This was the perfect location and unit for a weekend getaway from New Orleans. The location is perfect, unit decorated beautifully, and super comfy bed! My only complaint isn’t actually the fault of the property, but if you don’t park within 2 feet of the fence the woman from the restaurant next door will come and bang on your door at 7am. This happened 2 days in a row (as I did not answer the first day thinking it was someone at the wrong door). I get up early for work and this weekend I was really looking forward to sleeping in, but was jolted out of sleep at 7am both mornings of my stay. The employee didn’t want my car to get hit as more cars came in the lot, which is understandable, but I arrived to this place I have never been to before at night in the dark and rain and there were no other cars in the area so unfortunately I didn’t realize I had to get my car as close as possible to the fence. I was sure to closely read all check in and house instructions from the rental company, but it didn’t say anything about this situation. In the future, it would be helpful to guests to be specific about closely parking because many guests won’t realize the parking lot will get full the next morning for the breakfast cafe that shares the parking area. I wish I had known this so I could’ve had two late sleep-in mornings. Either way, my stay was wonderful because of the location of the unit, the comfort, and the people of Bay St Louis being so nice and friendly. I’ll be back again!
