Stone apartment with lake view in Baveno

Stone apartment is located on the first floor of the annex of an elegant period villa directly facing the lake in Stresa. The apartment has an independent entrance and has an open kitchen area with dining table, a bathroom with shower, a lounge area with a sofa that becomes a double bed and with satellite TV and a bedroom with a double bed. From the living room, kitchen and bedroom there is a wonderful lake view and you can access the large private terrace with a wonderful view of the islands equipped with awning, table for 4 and two sun loungers. The apartment is new in furnishings and equipment. On the ground floor there is a common garden for the 3 apartments in the annex with deck chairs, shower. From the garden, going down a ladder, you go down to the lake for swimming. Near the entrance there is a well-equipped laundry room shared with the other apartments in the annex. A reserved parking space is available on the property. In 4 minutes by car you can reach Baveno and Stresa with all services. Wonderful location directly on the water.

Une vue magnifique sur les îles borromees

Appartement très confortable avec une terrasse très agréable du matin au soir. Facilité de stationnement dans la propriété. Il faut savoir nager pour aller se baigner directement dans le lac mais c'est un plaisir d'y accéder La route passante longe la propriété .il est délicat de se rendre à Baveno à pied. Idéal pour un séjour enchanteur et ressourçant. Lisa qui nous a accueilli a été disponible et a notre écoute durant notre sejour.
