The property has its own parking lot, as well as a small courtyard with seating area.
In the apartment itself there is a kitchen with common appliances for self-catering (supermarket opposite), a bathroom with tub & shower, living room with new fireplace as well as a living-dining-bedroom and separate bedroom so that you can relax under up to six people , (Children then ideally in the "bedroom")

Super ausgestattete Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war topp, vom Check in bis zur Abfahrt hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und über den Standard hinaus ausgestattet. Von der Küche über das Bad bis hin zu Spielen. In 1“ Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung zur alten Bäckerei

Die umgebung Bautzen und drumherum waren gut nur leider war ich mit der Ferienwohnung nicht ganz so zufrieden weil die bodendielen sehr laut knaren und das nicht angenehm ist wenn man ein kind dabei hat. Die Toilette tür ist leider mit beglasung so das man sehen konnte wenn eine person auf der tolilette saß. Ratsam wäre es wenn man eine überdachung zu bauen das man im sommer bei regen auch draußen sitzen kan.Und leider war auch die lage nicht bekannt das es in 2 stock liegt steht leider nicht in der Beschreibung von der Buchung der Ferienwohnung.

Es gibt nur 1 mit Tür abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, jedoch im Wohnzimmer und dem vorgelagerten Raum noch 6 Schlafplätze. Etwas eng für 5-6 Erwachsene. Ansonsten aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es war ein schöner Weihnachtsurlaub.

Im großen und ganzen definitiv ausreichend. Allerdings waren die fehlenden Türen in zwischen den Wohnräumen und der Küche nicht so entspannt. Eine Glastür für das Bad, wo man direkten dahinter die Toilette hat ist auch nur ok, wenn man mit der Familie dort ist. Ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal

Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, nahe der Altstadt. Sie ist dennoch recht ruhig gelegen. Sie ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet, allerdings fehlen Türen zur Küche und zu 2 Zimmern. Die Toilette ist separat im Treppenhaus, ungewöhnlich, hat aber auch Vorteile. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für 4 Personen, dann wird es etwas eng. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Man kann sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, der Kaminofen verbreitet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist unschlagbar, die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist topp, die Räume sind groß und hell. Das Internet (W lan) und der TV-Empfang sind unbedingt verbesserungsbedürftig. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das WC auf halber Treppe im Hausflur. Eine Beschreibung der Zufahrt zum Parkplatz bei Reisebeginn ist für Ortsunkundige zweckmäßig. Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
