The view on the rooftop terrace is amazing! Appartement inside is ok, but bathroom is not very well

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment. We were with a family of 6 (6,13,13,17 and 2 adults). Indeed the rooftop terrace is amazing with its incredible view! Especially right before sunset till dark to look at the stars...;-)! We had a big car (Renault traffic) and was sometimes difficult to park and make maneuvers in the very small streets. But the little town of Baunei was so nice to experience for a few days. It's only a short drive to Gola Di Goroppu (35 minutes). And Santa Maria Navaresse is 15 min which is a very nice town at the sea for dining in evening or go to the beach during the day. Tip for the hikers: there is a small climb/walk to the top at Baunei. It starts almost right at the house ( 100m up hill).Just follow the wooden signs "Janas" or something. The apartment inside is ok. But with a big family we missed a second toilet. And the water drain of the shower wasn't working properly. So all the water came on the floor and flows into the kitchen. Especially when everyone wants to shower shortly after one and other. This shortens your shower time to a max of 2 minutes. The owner responded quick on the complaint, but unfortunately wasn't able to solve this problem properly.

belle terrasse!!!

bel appartement , avec tout ce dont on a besoin, dans un petit village tranquille(Baunei), à 15 minutes de la mer, près du supramonté, excellent restaurant de pizza en ville, la terrasse donne une vue splendide sur les monagnes et la mer, nous avons passé 6 jours avec nos 4 enfants, le proprio est tres disponible et facilement rejoignable, endroit recommandé.

Top Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse

Authentische Ferienhauswohnung mit reichlich Platz. Die gigantische Dachterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Rundumblick bei Tag (Meer, Berge, Weite, Schwalben, u.v.m.) und bei Nacht (Sternenhimmel, der Ruf der Käuze, Fledermäuse, Lichter der Bergdörfer u.v.m.). Einfach idyllisch. Mit der Ausstattung sind wir gut zurecht gekommen und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Wlan funktionierte tadellos. Die Bedreuung von Gianpriamo bzw. dessen Beauftragten funktionierte reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Appartement nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Gianpriamo.

Tolle Ferienwohnung im hübschen Örtchen Baunei

Wir verbrachten die erste Juni-Woche im hübschen Örtchen Baunei. Die Lage von Baunei ist super, das Meer und die Berge sind mit dem Auto um die Ecke! Mit unserer Unterkunft, der schönen Ferienwohnung von Gianpriamo hatten wir wirklich Glück. Sehr lobenswert sind die Freundlichkeit und Korrektheit von Gianpriamo, sowie die Sauberkeit und gute Ausstattung der Wohnung! Besonders bemerkenswert ist die große Dachterrasse - der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und danken Gianpriamo für alles!

Schöne Dachterasse mit weitem Blick

Ein einfaches Quartier mitten im Bergdorf. Auf WiFi Möglichkeit wurden wir nicht hingewiesen und die Klimaanlaage sind zwei Ventilatoren...(während des Aufenthalts aber nicht benötigt). Küche ist der Gemeinschaftsraum, für ein Paar also kein Problem... Kein Sonnenschirm auf der Dachterasse( wegen des Windes?) Die Blumen auf der Terassse wie auf dem Foto und erwas mehr liebevolle Ausstattung hatten der Wohnung mehr Charme verliehen. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehrveinfach, kein Toaster... Aber wir hatten eine schöne Zeit ...trotz nachmittäglichen Regens an jedem Tag (ist eben ein Bergdorf)

Ideale per vedere le migliori spiagge in Sardegna

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere una settimana in Sardegna, alloggiando in questo bell'appartamento caratterizzato da una terrazza con vista mozzafiato sul meraviglioso panorama circostante. La casa, ubicata a circa 100m dal centro del paese, ci è stata consegnata impeccabilmente pulita ed è dotata di tutti i principali comfort, compresa connessione wi-fi. L'accoglienza da parte di Gianpriamo, il padrone di casa, è stata cordiale e professionale. La mia vacanza era stata pensata per godere della natura sarda in un periodo non troppo affollato e devo dire di esser pienamente riuscito nel mio intento: tutte le più belle spiagge sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina o, poco di più in bici e, per chi ama il trekking o il nordic walking, con una ancor più sana passeggiata. Consigliato vivamente a tutti quelli che, stressati dalla città, vogliono ritrovare armonia con se stessi, e a coloro che amano la natura incontaminata.
