Ancient Stone Houses - "Domu Luscenti"

Thanks to the white color this stone house maintains its old charm but with modern conveniences. The newly renovated house consists of a living room with an equipped and functional kitchenette, a double bedroom in a large and romantic mezzanine, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace equipped with table and chairs and equipped with a barbeque and sink. The house was designed for two people, but is still equipped with a sofa bed for one and a half to allow the accommodation of one or two children or a third adult. The house is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning. The house is also equipped with a microwave with grill, water boiler, toaster, iron and ironing board and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free Wifi throughout the house. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price. The consumption of water and electricity are included in the price except for a daily supplement of €. 5.00 for the use of heat pumps.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.

Charming place

It was truly a charming apartment. We were impressed by the cleanliness as well as quiet location. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and had exactly the ambiance seen in the photos. A good starting point for either a beach visit or a trip through the countryside …the scenery was spectacular. We will happily come again.

Sehr süßes Häuschen mit authentischem Flair. Die Wohnung ist gut Ausgestattet und bietet alles für einen guten Aufenthalt. Leider haben Strandhandtücher sehr gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat von innen leider etwas an Glanz verloren. Aber das könnte man einfach in Griff bekommen. Leider hatten wir noch Probleme mit Ameisen.
