Facing the most beautiful beach of the wild coast (Valentin beach), this duplex has a beautiful sea view from the living room and its beautiful terrace of 30 m2.
Located in a luxury holiday residence, you will enjoy its heated swimming pool (from mid-May to the end of September) and its sublime ocean view. A private access allows you to directly reach the beach.
A sailing club is at the foot of the residence.
Bakery, mini-market 5 minutes walk.
Miles of bike ride through the salt marshes and along the wild coast.
10 km from La Baule and the fortified city of Guérande and 2 km from the port of Le Croisic.
