Hello, we welcome you to our charming rental in the middle of a pleasant collective with swimming pool, reserved for tenants, 10 minutes walk from the large Valentin beach in Batz sur Mer, and less than 8 minutes from the town center.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (bath)/WC, a kitchenette and a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed (double sofa bed) and a television. The dining area is located in the loggia with a view of the swimming pool.

Nous avons été déçu par l'appartement. Tres petit, sous les toits, il y fait très chaud. Salle de bain à rafraichir, pas de prise éléctrique. La literie n'est pas bonne. Toute la décoration est à revoir. En bref, nous avions réservé 15 jours et sommes revenus au bout de 10.

Tout s est bien passé, communication parfaite, emplacement central et petit appartement propre. Je connais un peu la région que j affectionne particulièrement pour sa tranquillité, mais quelle surprise quand on a découvert la plage Valentin!!! Belle petite plage tranquille loin du bling bling et "m as tu vu" de la Baule...nous y reviendrons avec plaisir...

L'appartement était totalement conforme à la description, fonctionnel et très bien situé pour sillonner à pieds: proche du village et des commerces, des plages et des sentiers de randonnées. La piscine est un plus vraiment appréciable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
