A very nice and quite new apart hotel near the beach area, close to a fabulous promenade and a boulevard. Friendly staff. Not far from Batumi airport.

The good and the bad...

We rented 2 large suites. One room had a broken shower. The other room had plumbing issues so the shower water wouldn't drain and flooded the room. Sigh. I asked them to fix it (it was just a one night stay) and they didn't. On the plus side, the area is nice, Georgia is nice, and they ensured my luggage wasn't stolen when I left it at 9 am and picked it back up at 6 pm the next day.
