The cozy and comfortable apartment in the very heart of the old Batumi city. About 10 minutes walk to the sea. In a very short walkway distance guests can enjoy various places that serve Georgian and oriental cuisines. Want to do cooking yourself? Visit a grocery store 24/7 "Goodwill" which is located in a 5 minutes walking distance.
In walking distance places to vizit are: Piazza, Batumi old Boulevard, Chacha Tower, Park of 6th May with children's attractions and a zoo, a dolphinarium, an aquarium, Apolo's movie theater, a SPA complex and casino Sheraton, bowling, billiards, the wine house of Marani.
