Huge apartment with seperate bedroom on the beach. Apartment is located on the main street - Rustaveli. Exactly our building is nearest to the beach. Second floor opens perfect sea view which you can enjoy from balcony.
Freshly renovated in September 2016, air conditioning, heating, LED TV 48 '', high-speed Wi-Fi, safe-box, washing machine, expensive furniture. In short - all the possible comforts.
In walking distance (100-400 meters) are available: restaurant-pier, restaurants with outdoor terrace and spectacular views, night clubs, parks, markets, museums, dolphinarium etc.
The apartment is soundproofed and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find an LED TV with a DVD player.
