I booked the room and paid in advance based on what they said but upon arriving at the property found out that they lied about it being wheelchair accessible and could not enter the building because there are 12 steps to get to the elevator or the lobby. If you're traveling with any physical ailments do not believe their lies about being handicap accessible. I ended up having to spend money at another hotel just up the street that was handicap accessible
