Sangat kecewa dan tidak recomended sekali. Staf tdk stand by, jadi harus dipanggil dulu ke villa depan. Lampu mati, stop kontak rusak, lantai kotor tdk dsapu, sprei seperti tdk dgnti hanya dsemprot pewangi, kamar mandi kotor, kamar pengap, handuk tidak ada, seperti villa sudah tidak berpenghuni. Pelayanan zonk, seperti buru2 dtinggal ke villa depan. Kecewa sekali. Saya hanya 2jam lgsg check out lagi
