The property has very poor communication with guests. I had the same issue, and other guests mentioned experiencing it as well. The hotel smelled strange, and there was no water in the shower or bathroom in the morning. Overall, it was a disaster. The self-check-in process is unnecessarily long, and there is little to no support afterward. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
