Nice property, quite location, close to shopping,dining, etc. great communication with owner concerning a glitch with lower level HVAC. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact these folks again on our next trip to BR. If there was a downside it would be the lack of cooking utensils. We normally cook in when traveling, but for this “short” visit we just raided the local establishments.

Stay for LSU graduation

My family and I stayed 3 nights for my son’s LSU graduation. The location was perfect! The house itself was a nice little home, but the furniture needs a major upgrade. The furniture appears to be IKEA furniture and extremely uncomfortable, not to mention very worn. In fact, we couldn’t even sit on the couch because it was like sitting in a hole. Honestly, it needed to be carried out to the road. This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review on any property we’ve rented, but this furniture would definitely keep me from staying here again. It literally it just that bad!If the owner will get the furniture replaced, this is a lovely little home in a great location.

The property was beautiful.The house is beautiful.I believe the only thing would be the Bunk beds. In the room And no TV's except for master bedroom. Not very much hot water, especially for the amount of people. That can stay in the property. Other than that, the stay was awesome. The communication was very, very good. And I would definitely use your guys again. Also I didn't like the fact the pictures showing the Mississippi look like the house was on the Mississippi river. Shouldn't note on-site that the property is not on the Mississippi river one of the only reasons why we booked the place. Beds were very comfortable. All in all? We loved it. Thank you for having us. And look forward to using your guys in the future.Thank you
