This rare find is approximately 2-3 minutes from Walmart, 5-7 minutes from Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, 8 minutes from Southern University, 10 minutes from downtown Baton Rouge, 12 minutes from LSU & Tiger Stadium, 15 minutes from Mall of Louisiana and 80 miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. There are dozens of local restaurants, entertainment, and shops within a couple miles radius. The home features self-check-in, updated appliances and new furnishings. You will be close to essential amenities and more to make your stay feel like your home away from home.

The space is updated, clean and quiet. The ambiance and décor are inviting and trendy. The four-bedroom, one and a half bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to eight. There’s Wi-Fi available. The home is child-friendly, as well as the area around it. Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors. The home is non-smoking and drug free.
