Feel at home in this charming 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home located in Southdowns neighborhood in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It is just 2.5 miles from LSU campus and in the heart of the city! This is a great place for a family or friends to stay! Primary bedroom includes King size bed, TV, and desk area. The Guest bedroom includes a Queen size bed and TV. Both include super comfortable bedding and a warm, inviting environment. The bedrooms have bamboo shades on the windows with functional drapery layered on top for additional light blocking! The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. It is stocked with all the necessities including: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels, make up remover, tooth paste, hair dryer and more! The Living Room includes super comfortable slipcovered sofa that can double as a twin size bed for an additional sleeping spot! We have twin sheets ready to use. There is also a large Living Room TV great for sports watching or movie nights! The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking basics. Includes a gas range, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a dining area that seats 4 and an additional bench seat with a cafe table that can accommodate 2 more. There is also a washer and dryer available. This designer decorated home will feel both cozy and luxurious! The PERFECT house for all things LSU!
