As the description states, it is a perfectly located condo. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. We have been to the island several times and stayed in a hotel and this was so much nicer and comfortable. Dean was a great host, very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo. The layout of the Condo was nice for the three of us. We enjoyed the pool and we liked being within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Dean was wonderful at corresponding in a quick manner to all questions we had prior to our arrival.

Amazing property with a great location, and amazing and very responsive host (Dean). He even reached out to us knowing there were flight issues on the island before we did and offering help. If you're looking for a place to stay on St. Kitts, I doubt you'll find better than this property. The property is very nice, with all modern appliances and amenities, great air con and wifi, and located conveinent walking distance to Frigate Bay, local restaurants and bars, and 20min walk to RAMS grocery store. Highly recommend!!
