Although we were at the resort during the slow time of year (hurracane season), the service levels were excellent. The food was made fresh to order and the fish was freshly caught. The nattention to detail was very evident.

I had been to St.Kitts before and stayed at the Marriott , which was nice, but the Park Hyatt is definitely a step up. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodated are every need. Food was also delicious. I would definitely go back.

My wife and I spent our wedding anniversary at the Park Hyatt St Kitts. I wanted it to be special so I did my research on the type of hotel to book in St Kitts for our special day. I just kept coming back to the Park Hyatt based on the venue and reviews. When we did arrive at the hotel, we were blown away by the entrance and first customer service experience by our hostess. She grabbed our bags and quickly took us to the reception. Guest services offered us an amazing rum punch and provided details of our stay. When we arrived at our room, there was a hand written note from the GM wishing us a Happy Anniversary with a bottle of champagne & fruit. From the room to eating at the different restaurants on site, I must say that this was the best resort that we have EVER experienced. Customer Service is extremely important to me in any service related field. Kudos to the GM Flor Van Der Vaart. He and the team at the Park Hyatt will exceed your expectations!

The Park Hyatt St Kitts is located in a beautiful part of the island. It is quite isolated — which was a good thing for the quiet vacation that we wanted. The physical property is exceptional and really looks/feels like paradise. Overall, the service and staff are as you would expect for a high end Carribean resort. Everything is on island time but you are always greeted with a smile, and many people will remember your name. The biggest downside (and this is huge) is that management is trying to save money in the off season. We traveled in August because that is when our schedules allowed us to get away. We felt like we were penalized for being there during a period of low occupancy. Only one restaurant was open at a time during our entire stay. Despite communicating with the concierge weeks before arrival regarding dining options this was not conveyed to us. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet on our first morning (out of 6 days) but then received a notice in our room the the buffet was cancelled for the rest of our stay. This was replaced with an “enhanced” a la carte menu (which was actually a paired down version of the original a la carte menu). Even with this we heard people order items that were “not available” due to a limited supply of ingredients. The breakfast buffet clearly had a much broader selection of food than the a la carte menu and we found it very disappointing that this was suddenly not available. The concierge services leave much to be desired. We inquired about day trip activities and were encouraged to take a water taxi to Nevis island. This is $55 per person round trip. Then after reaching a taxi was arranged for us which we thought would take us to specific areas of interest. Instead the driver drove us around the entire island over the course of nearly 3 hours. It was a terrible way to spend a day in paradise. The taxi driver then left us stranded at a restaurant and we had to call the Park Hyatt concierge to track down the driver (we paid him to wait). We missed our return water taxi because we were late and had to wait for a later trip. The concierge never followed up to make sure that we returned safely. Overall we had a fantastic trip. I can’t say that it was worth the over $4,000 that we spent (not including flights) at the hotel. I don’t think we will return in the future as there are other properties that are more convenient in terms of travel that offer a year round full service experience.

We had a very nice stay in the hotel. All very positive except for the room. We booked a larger suite with a private plunge pool. Upon arrival the AC did not work and it was 38C in the suite. It took the maintenance team until the next day to get the problem fixed so basically we stayed 50% of our stay without AC. This was not very pleasant especially as it was extremely hot. You would also expect to have a suite in perfect condition upon check in, especially seen the room rates they charge. The resort is very beautiful and all staff is very nice and helpful. Food in the restaurants is very nice with good service. We loved the Kitittian bbq night. The buffet looked gorgeous, food was very tasteful and they had a great band playing live music. Excellent lady at the bar who made great drinks.

We recently stayed in the Park Hyatt St. Kitts and it was absolutely amazing. We stayed in a suite with a plunge pool. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were so lovely, very courteous, helpful and professional. The food was absolutely amazing, so much choice for breakfast. We had in-room dining on a few occasions and it was beautiful. The plunge pool with the suite was so relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would love to return.

The resort had absolutely stunning views, courteous staff, delicious food. I extended 2 more days. Loved it! Spa was very relaxing and the property brought nature in yet elegant. I can't wait to return.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the staff here in Park Hyatt St. Kitt. First, the airline didn't deliver our luggage upon arrival to SKB. We took about 5 flights in just 3 days, so you can imagine how tired we are when we arrived. When we check-in at the front desk, they immediately notice that we don't have luggage with us and ask if they can make a copy of our luggage claim report to help us track it. Danielle (I hope I remember it correctly) helps us with check-in, track the luggage claim report, and many more. I'm beyond surprised of how she took the customer service to the next level. I would give her 10 stars if I could 😁. - The hotel itself is only 2 years old. - The pools here are super relaxing. They provide towels, water, aloe gel, and sunscreen at both adult and regular pool. - Park Hyatt St. Kitts has its own private beach, you can rent the snorkeling gear, life jackets, or other stuff for free as hotel guests. - The beach here is very quiet and relaxing (exactly what we're looking for). Also, I see staffs cleaning the seaweed a few times in the morning. They did a great job to keep their beach nice and clean. - The buffet breakfast here has various selections, or you can order from the menu as well. Not to mention, fresh breakfast with breathtaking ocean view is just the right way to start your day. - Room service is also quick and nice, the staffs are very friendly and knowledgable. If you're looking for a quality tropical vacation, Park Hyatt St. Kitts would be a nice option. It's definitely one of the best vacations in my life, I'm very much looking forward to going back very soon.

Arguably the best on St. Kitts. Ups: stunning view of Nevis, very cool adult's only pool; Jose is an amazing Bar Tender at the main house; good food; spa is also good. Downs: Remote part of the island, beach has volcanic sand, and water clarity is not the best. Adult pool needs to have a bar at the pool as otherwise service takes longer out of sheer necessity.

The best thing was that the staff was very helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and very clean. Watersports offered were diverse. The room was well laid out with a luxurious bath tub, a separate wardrobe etc.
