Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom condo in St Kitts, West Indies, a cherished family property for three generations. Recently updated in 2025 with new decor, some renovations and furniture, our condo offers a serene retreat just steps away from the ocean, boasting breathtaking views that you have to see to believe!
Island Paradise Beach Village is directly across the street from the Royal St Kitts Golf Course and 2 properties away from the Marriott resort. Island Paradise is located on the Atlantic Beach (not recommended for sea bathing) and just a short walk away from the popular Frigate Bay beach. Amenities include swimming pool, barbecue area, lush tropical garden and direct access to the beach.

This tastefully furnished unit is equipped with queen size bed and 2 twin beds, cable tv, microwave, coffee maker, linen, towels, etc.

Each bedroom offers ensuite bath. This unit is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans are located throughout the condo.
