Villa Limani is absolutely beautiful

Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location.

Mostly Amazing

The views are amazing and the pool is welcoming. It's easy to walk to Turtle Beach or the nearby beach with all of the bars. Be sure to keep your taxi driver's phone number handy. We had five people in our group. There is no way to cool down the main living/gathering areas of the home, even when all of the doors are open. Several times we had to retreat to the bedrooms to cool down for a while. We did not have hot water (not even warm) for showers until the last day. It's confusing because we were told to let the water run until the hot water comes, but there's also a water tank system that you are worried will drain by leaving the water run for so long. Something was adjusted the last night allowing the hot water to flow. Please read the house guide. Only a starter supply of toiletries are provided and when traveling as far as we do with limited luggage, we were disappointed in this for the amount of money paid. When we needed something, the on site contact was responsive and showed up to take care of things. It's a beautiful home and we did enjoy the stay.

Perfect Vacation Area- Quiet

Turtle Beach is a perfect place to have a vacation. Quiet area and to die for views. House was as described and just have to experience in person. Easy check in and out. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Views & Quiet Location

The home is located on the southern peninsula and offers beautiful views of the sea & Nevis. The host & manager are communicative & open to dialogue. The home is 30 minutes from airport & offers quiet & solitude. There are several beaches, bars, restaurants & ferries 5 minutes away. The pool is definitely where you will want to spend your time while not out exploring, as our group found the common areas of the house that are not air conditioned to be too warm & uncomfortable even with doors open to catch the breeze; the breeze was not enough and mosquitoes also became problematic. The bedrooms all have air conditioning & are very comfortable with the doors closed. We found it disappointing to not be able to hang out together when we were ready to be inside in the evenings or even trying to cook together. Property description does seem to imply that the common areas are still comfortable despite not having air conditioning, but we found this to not be true. Note that we tent camp & can handle heat, but when paying this kind of money on vacation, you expect to be comfortable. We had one issue with evidence of a rodent on the kitchen counters trying to get in our food and leaving droppings, but the host quickly took steps to mitigate this. Overall, great house in terms of location, views & pool but likely would stay elsewhere to be more comfortable for this amount of money.

Paradise on St. Kitt’s

We had such a fantastic time on St. Kitt’s, mainly due to this gorgeous home and lovely homeowner! Elpida was gracious, responsive (so fast!!!) and so incredibly helpful! She even found a doctor for us within an hour for an antibiotic we needed. The home is simply breathtaking and has one of the best views of Nevis on the island. We had our 3 sons with us (12, 8 and 4), and they LOVED this house and especially the pool. We would be delighted to return!

Wonderful stay at Villa Limani!!

Our second stay with the terrific Elpida at Villa Limani. The Southeast peninsula of St Kitts is my favourite spot in Caribbean with lots of secluded beaches, monkeys and crystal water. Villa Limani is simply outstanding- stunning views of Nevis and an interesting pool that allows laps as well as lounging. Villa is thoughtfully equipped, local team is helpful and Elpida answers every query quickly. Definitely a five star holiday

A delightful villa with views of Nevis and the Caribbean!

We were 3 couples and absolutely loved the villa. The location was close by to beach bars and Christophe Harbour. The check in and out was simple and friendly.

Very Disappointing Stay Overall

At least 10 disappointing issues. !. Inadequate Water supply to have ashower until day3 of holiday. Very slow hot water through any Taps. 2..Patio very dirty on arrival ( Glass- Tar- and Monkey Hairs ) Very dirty barbeque which went on fire because of excessive Fat in Tray . 3. Lack of communication re Gas supply to house which ran out ( no instructions how to change Bottlles ) 4.Lack of notice that doors should be kept closed at all times to prevent Monkeys entering house and eating Fruit. 5. Door locks on Patio windows had to be adjusted . 6.No information as to where Laundry room was ( Behind a secret Wardobe. 7. Only 2 sundecks for % people. 8. Inadequate Sun Shade on Patio 9. Inadequate reading lights for reading in Bed. 10. This is not a very expensive Villa. Having conveyed these points to the Hosts/Owners we received a hostile response. Unfortunately 48 hrs. before leaving we damaged the property,s Main Sliding Gate by pressing a very tempremental Automatic gate controler too soon before the car had passedthrough the gateway , and bent the gate.. The property owner Cristopher Artemiou was very.very agressive and inferred we had done it on purpose.. They called in there Engineer who with help from us straightened the gate (95 % ) and we could leave it open. IPlease convey this to other departments to solve this dispute. Owner forced me to pay over a very large sum of money for a new gate which I have disputed .

Turtle house Limani

The property was in a very seclusive area with the most spectacular view. Very spacious very beautiful love the open concept of the house overall was very happy with the property one little problem, but was fixed immediately by property manager. I recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to St. Kitts and Nevis and the owner of the property was very helpful and made it easier for us to stay

Amazing villa

We had a lovely holiday staying at the villa, great facilities and the view is beautiful. We spent a lot of time at cockleshell beach which is only 5 minute drive away, location is perfect if you want a nice quiet chilled holiday. Hopefully we will be back again x

Magnificent villa!

Our family of 5 stayed here the week of March 18-25. Property was just as described. We enjoyed the pool, the nearby Cockleshell beach (Reggae Beach Club), exploring the whole island including Black Rocks, a historic fort, and many wonderful restaurants. You will need a rental car. St. Kitts is a gem. I was impressed with the abundant sea life, especially after learning that this is not an area with the spectacular coral reef systems such as would be seen in Grand Caymen. I snorkeled right off the beach at Cockleshell Beach several times and it was beautiful. Four in our group are certified divers. While we chose not to dive this trip, we were all delighted with what we experienced snorkeling. You can see wild monkeys, birds, the sea, and Nevis from the villa. Highly recommend this is lovely villa. I would definitely return in the future if we have the opportunity. Strongly recommend getting an international phone plan for the days you are in St. Kitts. We added one phone to the plan for $10 a day. Also, download the WhatsApp as this is the way to have direct communication with your host and property manager.
