So glad we booked this place, the room was amazing, spotless and cleaned daily. When we arrived a gentleman met us outside and guided us to the car park and then offered us a drink straight away before even checking in. Would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Fantastic host

Villa Basca is a beautiful Villa. Very new, modern and comfortable. The owner was such a great host. He helped us with our luggages upon arrival, he brought me to the pharmacy when he found out I have skin allergy. He constantly make sure that we are comfortable staying at his property. The property is just steps away from the beach area. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Highly recommended, cannot ask for a better place to stay. Bonus is you get free breakfast and can park at his property for free.

We have nothing but lovely things to say! Fillipa and Marko are perfect hosts. We booked this very last minute, what a gem of a place!! Location is perfect, our room was lovely, and the breakfast is just perfect, especially with Marko’s eggs. Simply a perfect place to stay, can’t beat the location!! We’ll definitely be back!

Idéal pour visiter la Croatie

Bon accueil avec une bouteille de vin dans le frigo! Grande chambre au dernier Ă©tage, confortable et propre. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique. Parking Ă  disposition est idĂ©al. La mer est Ă  40 mĂštres avec le port et plein de bars et restaurants. Jolie terrasse pour voir les couchers de soleil. À notre dĂ©part un cadeau typique nous a Ă©tĂ© remis! Le personnel (cuisine et chambre) est souriant et sympathique. Deux petites critiques : une seule bouteille d’eau dans la chambre pour tout le sĂ©jour! Normalement il y a chaque jour un rĂ©assort! Et de petit-dĂ©jeuner n’est pas variĂ©. Les mĂȘmes produits durant tout le sĂ©jour de six nuits. Le reste top !

Struttura ottima con terrazza panoramica! Camere grandi e confortevoli con letto comodo. Stanza compresa di bagno e doccia spaziosi con incluso un piccolo stendino (utile per chi torna dalla spiaggia)! Parcheggio privato fondamentale vista la posizione centralissima. A 2 passi dal fulcro di bascavoda! Personale familiare davvero disponibile e piacevole! Colazione varie e con prodotti locali. Tutto ottimo!

En helt otrolig upplevelse fick jag och min familj utav detta boende. KĂ€ndes som ett typiskt amerikanskt ”bed and breakfast” men med bĂ€sta möjlig influens av Balkan. NĂ€r vi anlĂ€nder till hotellet sĂ„ visar Petar oss upp till parkeringen och var hotellet ligger. NĂ€r vi vĂ€l kommer fram fick vi direkt kĂ€nslan av att detta Ă€r en genuint fin mĂ€nniska och OJ vad det motsvarade förvĂ€ntningarna sedan. Petar och hans familj var villiga att stĂ€lla upp för dig nĂ€r som helst och sĂ„g till att din upplevelse av staden och boendet skulle vara sĂ„ bekvĂ€m det bara kunde bli. Vi har sovit pĂ„ 6 hotell under resans gĂ„ng och frukosten hĂ€r var dessutom den bĂ€sta möjliga. Det fanns allt man behöver under en frukost dessutom med det godaste ifrĂ„n Dalmatien. Dessutom har han anstĂ€llt en helt fantastisk kvinna i köket som ser till att du fĂ„r det du behöver om det som lĂ€ggs fram pĂ„ buffĂ©n inte faller dig i smaken mot förmodan. Hotellet ligger dessutom precis intill den bĂ€sta restaurangen i BaĆĄka, restaurant king. Googla sĂ„ fĂ„r ni se sjĂ€lva! Oerhört nĂ€ra till stranden dessutom och omrĂ„det man vill hĂ€nga pĂ„ under kvĂ€llstid. Dom var dessutom oerhört gulliga mot vĂ„ra barn vilket nĂ€stan Ă€r det viktigaste för oss. Upplevelsen hĂ€r gör att jag aldrig kommer vĂ€lja nĂ„got annat nĂ€r jag Ă„ker till Kroatien igen.

Best customer experience in Makarska

Outstanding experience! We have traveled several times along the Makarska riviera during the last five years. The four nights we spent in Villa Basca were by far the best customer experience ever. The hotel was renovated last year with a beatiful style combining rock and wood. The room was quiet even though the hotel is situated right in the center of the village. Finally, the staff was always extremely kind and helpful. Special thanks to Mario for individually served breakfast and hospitality ! Hope to be there again soon!

Luxurious hotel feeling but more cosy

We stayed at Vila Basca for 3 nights and were very satisfied with the service and interior. The place is modern and clean, and the beaches and restaurants are only a few minutes away by foot. Very friendly and helpful staff, who also quickly replied to the questions we had before arrival. The breakfast is as delicious as it looks on the pictures - plus we had eggs prepared fresh as we desired. We had the luxurious feeling as when staying at a hotel (fresh towels every day, reception, aircondition etc.) but it was much more cosy and nice as the place is not that big.
