The bright, 25 m² apartment offers space for two people and is ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking comfort and a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy the sea view from the covered balcony, which invites you to linger with a table and chairs. The well-equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, refrigerator and filter coffee machine allows you to easily cater for yourself. A comfortable double bed, air conditioning, SAT-TV and WiFi ensure the highest comfort during your stay. The bathroom is modern and features a shower, window and toilet.



The studio is located on the first floor of a house with a total of five apartments, embedded in lush greenery and surrounded by a well-maintained garden with shady spots. A separate entrance guarantees privacy and a relaxed arrival. Parking facilities are available directly at the property.
