The cosily furnished dining and living area invites you to start or end the day with family and friends. The dining table for 6 people offers space for delicious meals, which you can prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee filter machine and dishwasher. All cooking utensils and crockery are provided. There is a high chair (up to 15 kg) for younger guests. A hoover and dustbin are available for daily cleaning.
You can relax in the living area and watch satellite TV on the flat screen on the sofa bed or send holiday pictures via the free WiFi. You can also stay in the flat on hot days thanks to the air conditioning. From the eat-in kitchen you can access the balcony, which is furnished with a table, two chairs and two deckchairs. A dishwasher is available. For your safety, the flat is equipped with a smoke detector. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
In order not to disturb neighbours and other holidaymakers, we expressly ask you to observe the quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 9.00 am. Parties are not permitted.
