PODERE IL FORNACINO, a private villa with pool near Orvieto, is the ideal accommodation for a holiday dedicated to relaxation. The completely renovated farmhouse with spacious bedrooms has an upscale level of comfort.

The highlight of this villa is clearly the beautiful outdoor area with a wide, shady portico with garden furniture and views of the well kept garden and the surrounding vineyards and forests. Around the villa there is a generous lawn area. The pool area with covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue is completely fenced and thus provides the perfect security for families with small children. On the first floor of the villa there is also a sun terrace with spectacular 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.

An antique stone oven near the villa is the only wood-leftover remnant of the past.

Fenced 6 x14 m pool with diving board. Open 1st May to late September weather permitting. Depth ranges from 0.95 m to 2 m. Pool towels provided.
