Shady Trees is only 3 hours North of Sydney and 1.5 hours from Newcastle and located a short 5 kilometers from Gloucester and 50 minutes to the World Heritage Barrington Tops National Park.
Offering the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful country holiday, perfect for families or couples to share a short weekend break or a longer getaway close to all the conveniences the Gloucester area has to offer.
It offers peace and tranquility, interrupted only by the sound of bird life. Nature lovers will be enthralled by our Tawny Frog Mouth, the occasional Bower Bird and the bountiful, shy echidna and a variety of other birds that feed on our lawn. Enjoy a stroll in the country gardens Shady Trees Barrington has to offer. There are Garden seats throughout to sit, so relax and take in the beautiful country garden and watch the birds, play some games with the kids, or allow them to explore while you read a book.

Relaxing and peaceful
Shady Trees had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. It is very conveniently situated with easy access to Gloucester village and walking trails or picturesque drives. I’d only suggest that wifi be installed otherwise it’s a perfect stay with a delightful property of hidden paths and big trees!
