O apartamento é muito bom, bem amplo e atende bem às necessidades de acomodação. Como pontos que merecem atenção, destaco que o chuveiro do banheiro do corredor não apresentava aquecimento adequado, a cama do quarto de casal mostrou-se desconfortável, havia presença excessiva de pernilongos no apartamento, as lixeiras não dispunham de sacos de lixo e a televisão não funcionava corretamente com a antena disponibilizada.
