Nestled amidst serene surroundings with access to 9 beaches on 2 lakes and pools, this charming retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. Relax in style in our beautifully furnished living space, complete with an 86-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching the big game. One-level living at its best. Please note there are stairs to enter the home.
All beds, mattresses and furniture are brand new.

Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk bed (top bunk max weight 200lbs) and twin trundle bed.
Juicebox EV charger - Tesla’s require the basic adapter. Charges 36 mph on a model Y
AC: There’s a large mini split in the main living room that cools the majority of the house. The remote is on the wall by the couch.
Living room: Large couch and power recliner as well as 86 inch 4k smart tv. Disney + and Amazon Prime are logged in, guest can login to any app with their own login.
Internet: 1 Gig speed for work or play!
Free washer and dryer on the first floor.

Very comfortable
We had 4 adults and 3 young children and we were all very comfortable in the house. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us. We didnt stay in the Barnstead area, but getting to Laconia and Weirs Beach was incredibly simple and the house provided a great base of operations for us as we explored the area. The house was easy to get to and the entire process of checking in and out was seamless. Would strongly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at this home. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the home was kid friendly! Kitchen was well stocked. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow, if we make it back to the area again we would definitely return to this rental!
