A barn conversion near to Barnstaple on a working sheep farm. It has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, a large main bedroom with ensuite (large corner, whirlpool bath with over bath shower), one single bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single/queen zip beds and a 2nd bathroom with bath & shower over. There is a large outdoor play area with swing, slide and trampoline. The patio area has table & chairs & a hot tub for 5 people. Pets allowed but contact owner prior to booking if more than one.

Amazing property

Brilliant stay, property was fantastic and even better than we expected. Really spacious and contained everything we needed. Kids loved the hot tub and the games room. Lovely quiet location, not too far from main towns and beaches.

Lovely spacious property, Superb hot tub . It was nice seeing a few animals on the farm . Trampoline and swings were used by my children and the beaches within 30 minutes are incredible .
