Moderne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick
Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer verbracht. Allerdings würden wir keine vollen 5 Sterne vergeben, weil wir die Betonmöbel auf der Terrasse so kalt und unbequem fanden. Und dass man wegen der Felsen am Strand nur bei Flut schwimmen kann, war auch vorher nicht klar... Sonst alles gut.

Un séjour INCROYABLE!
Nous avons passé notre séjour avec notre ado et ma maman.
La location est moderne, très confortable, très propre et lumineuse, l'agencement est très fonctionnel et tout à été pensé pour cuisiner les produits de la ferme et/ou de la pêche qui sont les stars des marchés environnants. Quelle joie de se retrouver autour de la table avec une vue à couper le souffle!
Concernant nos activités, nous avons fait de belles balades pédestres, visité le phare de Carteret, visité l'Hôtel Beaumont à Valognes et la maison de Jacques Prévert à Omont la petite et évidemment profiter de la plage!
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Direkte Strandlage
Ein unkomplizierter Empfang, eine überlegte Einrichtung, ein eigener Parkplatz sowie die direkte Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lüftung des Hauses war in der Nacht im elterlichen Schlafzimmer mit einem monotonen, leisen Brummen dauerhaft zu hören und konnte laut Vermieter leider nicht abgeschaltet / leiser gemacht werden.

Great location, great view - as advertised
We really enjoyed our stay in Barneville-Carteret, the beautiful view, closeness to the beach and the infrastructure in the different parts of Barneville-Carteret, from shops to restaurants.
The apartment really is as advertised and Pascal and his family are very friendly. I was a bit worried because they told us they only do check-ins on Saturday until 6p.m. but fortunately the traffic wasn't too bad and we made it well in time. Marie also gave us sound advice with regard to restaurants in the area.
Despite the unseasonal heat, the bedrooms remained cool because they are one level below. If you have difficulty navigating stairs, this might pose a problem for you. The apartment was also a lot more quiet than the location right by the road would suggest: good windows and the fact that it is a one-way-street in a rather residential neighbourhood really helped. On the upper level, you hear the faint sound of the ventilation system but this is not the case in the bedrooms. The kitchen is well-appointed with good appliances and plenty of glassware, plates and cookware. There is even a huge pot for cooking seafood like the local lobster. If you prefer to use a cast-iron skillet, you need to bring your own, though.
I would not recommend staying with 5 adults because couch space is rather limited for that many people, but for a couple (with or without children), I would highly recommend this apartment.

Hinterlegung der Kaution in bar finde ich eher umständlich.

Alles sehr gut!
Betten waren sehr gut, Bad sauber, Küche sauber und gut ausgestattet! Es gab nichts, aber auch wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist toll, so nahe am Strand in ruhiger Wohnlage. Mit dem Vermieter hat Alles reibungslos geklappt und wurde umsichtig und hilfsbereit organisiert.
Ich kann die Ferienwohnung in jeder Jahreszeit empfehlen wenn man die Normandie so liebt wie wir!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in super Lage
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Sie ist 1 von 4 Wohnungen im Haus, die alle als Ferienwohnungen von Pascal vermietet werden.
Die Ausstattung ist spitzenmäßig. In der Küche fehlt es an absolut nichts. Selbst Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden. Große Dusche, moderne Möbel in der ganzen Wohnung. Bequemes großes Bett (nicht nur 1,20 m wie die typischen französischen Betten) und großer Kleiderschrank. Im Kinderzimmer 2 getrennte Betten.
Die Terrasse ist mit einem wunderschönen Blick direkt aufs Meer. Nur eine kleine schmale Straße trennt das Haus vom Wasser.
Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls hervorragend ausgestattet: 2 Sonnenliegen, 2 Bänke und 1 Tisch mit Sonnenschirm.
Alles in allem: Wohnung 1 ++++

Bäckerei gibt es keine im Ort, dafür einen Automaten aus dem man frische Bäcker-Baguettes ziehen kann oder man holt sich welche im Tabac-Shop.
Restaurants sind im Ort nur sehr sehr wenige, wir haben uns deshalb öfter selbst verpflegt.

Erster Urlaub Normandie
Top Lage, Wohnzimmer/Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick. Zugang zum Sandstrand zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnnung war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
