Barneville-Carteret, 400 meters from the beach, rents a beautiful holiday home on an enclosed plot of 1,000m2 with direct access to Le Havre de Carteret. Possibility to moor a boat on request.

The house has a large living room (TV-wifi corner), dining room. A fully equipped fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher) open to the living room.
Separate toilet and bathroom (shower) on the ground floor.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with a 140 bed in each of them, breathtaking view of the port of Carteret. A second bathroom (bath, Wc) is available upstairs.

A washing machine is available in the house as well as a barbecue.
Cot and highchair possible on request.
Rental of household linen if necessary.

Sehr gute Lage, nette Vermieter,gut renoviertes Haus

Das modernisierte Gebäude liegt in Strandnähe und man kann sternenfahrtmäßig doch sehr viel unternehmen, Radfahren, Schwimmen, Wandern. Gezeiten beobachten usw. Leider bringt die Einrichtung einen erheblichen Abzug für das Ferienhaus. Gartenmöbel sind kaum nutzbar(einfachste Ausführung)auch die Terrasse müsste gerichtet werden. Ebenfalls die Stühle im Esszimmerbereich. Fast alle sind uralt, gerissen und instabil, nichts zum gemütlichen Sitzen beim Essen. Das OG ist für große Menschen ab 170cm wegen der schrägen Decken/Wände mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Im OG gibt es lediglich zwei Kommoden, ein alter muffiger Schrank steht im Esszimmer...aber auch in die Jahre gekommen. Hier hat man leider am falschen Fleck gespart...Schade!
