Our house is a former farmhouse in a quiet location in the center of Barlt. The guest apartment is on the ground floor. You can go on the terrace right in the large garden. For the kids we have a large orchard with plenty of space to run around and a big swing with climbing rope. On the property we operate a parakeet breeding. We also have 2 cats. • Parking on the property • Bicycle storage

The apartment for non-smokers has a separate entrance, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, shower room. ����� Cozy living room with leather sofa set from couch with 3 seats and two armchairs, satellite TV and stereo. Direct access to the terrace and garden. • Separate kitchen with dining table, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils for everyday use. The fridge has a large freezer. • 1. Bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and large wardrobe. • 2. Bedroom with double bed (200 x 200 cm), two single beds and wardrobe. Baby cot and high chair are ready. • Shower room / WC with daylight, washing machine. • The apartment is about 90 square meters. • Games and books for cloudy days. • Wi-Fi for free. For smokers we have an ashtray on the covered terrace. In summer, a barbecue is available. • For occupancy with only 2 persons, the 2. Bedrooms can be rented with extra charge.
