Our total experience was fantastic. From the ideal location to the picturesque views out our balcony to the wonderful food at the hotel’s restaurant, Stag. However, what stood out most of all was the fantastic service and how we were treated. The property is family owned and that’s exactly how they treated us - like family. Received a tour of the property’s expansion currently under construction - Wow, it’s going to be amazing. First rate, would recommend without reservation!

Our suite was clean, spacious and had many amenities. A mini fridge, microwave, sauna, whirlpool tub and steam shower. The view from the room was spectacular and we enjoyed gazing out the window at the view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and also made to order options. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. Flavio, at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place to stay!

This was perhaps the finest facility we have ever experienced in our extensive travels around the world. I did not want to leave, even after seven days. It might be nice to have more english t v channels. Since fifty percent of the business seems to be english that may be something to look into. Other than that I would give it 6 stars. Alliana is wonderful!!
