Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. Good shower pressure. The shower space is Ok for me, and may be confined for some people. I hope it will provide laundry liquid for future guests to use the washing machine. I had easy check-in after hours. Six minutes walk from Quintino Sella station if coming by train from Bari international airport. The three staff members of CconfortHotels were very responsive and helpful with all my online queries and requests. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located about 8-10 minutes from the central station and close to a large supermarket, which makes it convenient for short stays. However, there are several downsides: no washing machine, very weak internet (not suitable for work or streaming), and customer support responds extremely slowly — it feels like “three hours spread across the whole week.” On WhatsApp you may wait days for an answer, but there is an emergency number where you can speak English, which helps. Another drawback is that there are no physical keys — access is only via a phone link. While this can be practical, it becomes stressful if your phone battery runs out. Overall, fine for 1–2 nights, but not suitable for longer stays.
